Manufacturing and Assembly
The manufacture of our products is concentrated in our efficient plant in Camden NSW. Every component is subjected to stringent quality control to withstand the toughest test.

Production staff are highly qualified tradesmen continually trained in the latest production techniques and, as craftsmen of their trade, they have a passion for perfection.

All products are tested to meet the rigorous Australian Standards and full functionality prior to leaving the plant.

Project Co-Ordinations & Installation
To ensure timely and efficient delivery and installation of your hoist, our project coordination and installation team are fully conversant with construction principles and closely liaise with your site personnel.

They consult with architects and builders and tradesmen to ensure the site is prepared appropriately and power is available when needed. We ensure a smooth handover.

Southwell guarantee to keep you informed at all times, liaising with your builder and/or project management to not only meet your technical requirements and schedule but to ensure a problem free project.

After Sales Service
We are committed to helping our customers get the most out of their equipment by training your operators in safe operation and daily maintenance of the hoist and provide professional preventative maintenance on a regular basis.

For your peace of mind, our Standard Warranty covers each hoist for a minimum of 12 months and, because we know our products are so robust, if you sign up with our Preventative Maintenance Program, we can extend this warranty to 3 years plus a 10 year Structural Warranty.
