A complete Service Report, confirming the safe operational condition of the hoist is provided at the completion of each service and a full Service History of each hoist is maintained at Head Office.

Elevating Work Platforms are required to undergo Major inspections at 10 year and subsequent 5 year periods, and Southwell are equipped to refurbish these units to Australian Standards, certifying them for a further 5 years service with minimal downtime.
