Correct Diagnosis ensures problems are detected and rectified early avoiding potential costly damage. 3 year warranty on new equipment - Southwell offer an extended 3 year warranty on new Southwell equipment provided the Preventative Maintenance Agreement is signed. We replace or repair any part that proves defective within the warranty limits free of charge, including labour and materials. Southwell Agreement customers benefit from minor upgrades supplied and installed at cost on Southwell equipment. The price is fixed for the term of the agreement therefore not subjected to increases ie CPI. We don't dictate how often your equipment is serviced. We recommend servicing intervals based on equipment type and usage; you tell us how often you want the maintenance done. Regularly Southwell receive bulk buy discounted rates on spare parts from suppliers which we pass on to our customers. Management of Service Providers ensures you are not charged for unnecessary or excessive work. We insist that works carried out are necessary, of the highest possible standard of workmanship and conducted in a professional and timely manner. In the event of an after hours breakdown, we attempt to solve the problem over the telephone prior to sending a technician. A file for each site is kept at Southwell ensuring a complete history is on hand if required. Priority service - Preventative Maintenance Agreement customers receive preferred customer advantages such as priority over non-agreement or casual arrangement clients. Southwell provide 24/7 emergency breakdown assistance/attendance. In most cases the response time is within 1 hour depending on where the technician is at the time. Southwell plan and co-ordinate the scheduled servicing for you and we follow up to ensure you're satisfied.
